David is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned a degree in retail consumer science. He spent 13 years at the Coca-Cola Company in executive leadership before leading a successful private equity firm, managing multiple funds and overseeing businesses across diverse industries.

As a four-time All-American golfer, Jessie brings competitive drive and creative insight to Bloom for Good. She spent a decade as a golf pro at Duke and earned recognition as Carolinas PGA Merchandiser of the Year. Now, she leads marketing strategy, enhances user experience, and builds lasting partnerships with Bloom’s key supporters.

Mikaela Rosenbusch

National FFA & 4-H Sales Manager

Growing up in Florence, Texas, Mikaela was shaped by her time in FFA and livestock competitions. Her experience taught her the value of leadership and service, which she now brings to her role at Bloom. She’s passionate about helping others succeed and provides dependable support throughout each fundraiser.

Melissa Rosenbusch

Melissa Rosenbusch - Spicer

Vice President of Agriculture Sales

With 29 years of teaching experience, Melissa brings a strong background in education and agriculture to Bloom for Good. She holds degrees in Agricultural Services and Agricultural Education and recently retired from Florence High School. Melissa and her husband, Wesley, enjoy livestock shows, travel, and time with their three children. She looks forward to supporting both educators and the ag community in this role.

Originally from Thailand, Inti now lives in Naples, Florida, where she balances her roles as a devoted mother, wife, and guest services professional. At Bloom for Good, she manages sock ordering and shipping, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Inti takes pride in her work and is committed to providing reliable, thoughtful support for every customer.

Melissa Sherman

Melissa Sherman

Sales Rep for Agriculture Sales in ID, CA, OR, NV, & WA.

Melissa is the Executive Director of Idaho FFA through the University of Idaho, where she earned her degree in Agricultural Education. With a background as an FFA advisor, 4-H Extension Agent, and nonprofit Program Director, she has spent her career supporting youth in agriculture. Melissa and her husband, also an FFA advisor, are raising three kids in Eastern Oregon who stay busy with sports and livestock shows. When she’s not working with students or supporting her family, she enjoys kayaking and being outdoors.

Becky is an Old Dominion University graduate with deep accounting and operations experience. She served as Director of Finance for a premier Hilton Head planned community and later worked as a real estate paralegal with a national homebuilder. Moriah Campbell

Social Media Manager

Moriah is an agriculture business student at Tarleton State University, set to graduate in December 2025. She has a passion for agriculture, especially food security and education! She lives in McGregor, Texas, with her husband, Austen, and their son Owen. Moriah was a member of the McGregor FFA in high school and the Tarleton Collegiate FFA Chapter. During her free time, Moriah can commonly be found on the golf course or reading a book!

 
Eliza

Eliza Dugan

Sports Ambassador

Eliza has built her life on curiosity, grit, and hard work. Wrestling taught her resilience and leadership as a varsity competitor, club wrestler, and senior-year team captain, finishing with a district championship.

Raised on her family’s dairy farm, she developed a passion for agriculture and advocacy, serving as the 2024–2025 Idaho FFA State Reporter and being named Idaho’s 2025 National Officer Candidate.

She now studies Agricultural Communications at the College of Southern Idaho, with plans to transfer, pursue a career as an agriculture lobbyist—especially for the dairy industry—and eventually return to carry on her family’s legacy.
